Sync Outlook Calendar?

This is really beginning to frustrate me. I have a Palm IIIx and am trying to sync it to my Outlook at work. The e-mail inbox syncs just fine, but the Contacts and Calendar folders don't get pulled over to my Palm. During the sync process, it says it is pulling them over, but nothing happens. Both Contacts and Calendar are set to sync in the HotSync settings. Any help out there?

The Mail conduit is separate from the other Outlook Folders, calendar, contacts, notes and tasks.
Have you looked in your HotSync Conduit Manager to be sure that the Outlook conduits are present. Right Click on the HotSync Icon and click Custom, look for list of "Outlook" conduits. If they are not present you need to use the Palm install CD to put them in place. Let me know and I can walk you through the install.
