I have put a copy on my website and you can download it from Sync Upgrade (http://tinyurl.com/puz5) P800DUC 10-06-2003, 07:05 AM Originally posted by MikeMcC You don't say which model of Psion you are trying to 'sync' with, but, assuming an ER5 device, there is a synchronisation upgrade to eliminate duplicate entries. If so, go to http://www.hlyspirit.org.uk/outlook.php and download the free Outlook Duplicates Remover program. I would first run the Duplicates Remover program in Outlook. Once you're sure that all is correct in Outlook, delete all the contacts on P800. This should allow a clean sync between Outlook and the P800 so you at least start off with a matching set of contacts. If you still get duplicates after doing this then I'd contact Sony Ericcson. I know nothing about their sync software and can find no evidence of any customer support database on their web site. So my Outlook set of contacts is all right. It's when the synching occurs that I get these on the P800. Evry time I synch, I get new ones. And I did try several settings in the synch box... Thanks anyway, Jim! JG Jim Cooke 10-06-2003, 08:49 PM Jean-Guy, My point was to start with all your contacts (non-duplicated) in Outlook and then sync to an Empty contacts file on your P800. Have you tried this? If not, doing so may get they sync process working correctly again. If you've synced from Outlook to an empty file and you're still get duplicates on the first sync, something is seriously worng with the Sony-Ericcson software.
