Syncronizing with CF card adaptor

Is it possible to syncronize(not just backup) files from a CF card in a CF Card adaptor?

If so this should could be a workaround of many a irritation when it comes to slow and ustable syncronizing...;)

I do not believe there is any way to synchronize other than through a PsiWin connection.

A Compact Flash Reader is a very fast way to transfer files, but that is all.
