I'm working for a very small non-profit organization that wants to start using PDAs. We would like to have the PDAs sync to a central location, like a server/groupware calendar. Most of the options I've seen need Exchange or Lotus. There are only 5 people here, so they don't have any of that - we would like something simple like the Palm Desktop version, but to share. I know that Desktop allows individual users, but they really need a group calendar. Their e-mail is being hosted somewhere else. Also, if we could differentiate personal calendar items versus group calendar items. I don't know anything about this area of software. I haven't purchased the PDAs yet just in case there is a compatibility issue with software that gets recommended. Thanks for the help!!
