Ipaq 3950

My boss has an Ipaq 3950 which we haven't been able to setup correctly. After many calls to Compaq and hours to synch Outlook and Microsoft exchange I got it to see e-mails and his calendar directly from his desktop. After trying to connect to the internet to retreive his e-mails remotely I could go into his account and see that he had mail but I couldn't open any of them. I could see him receiving new e-mail but couldn't open those either. I tried Microsoft Web page but the problem was not solved. We are even considering purchasing the 2210, is this a better choice? Can someone help me?:(

are you sure your using a pop.3 account? Many email providers like hotmail dont support outlook and if you can get the messages, you may not be able to put them on your pocket pc.

I suggest getting a free pop.3 account from www1.inbox.lv

click on english and set your self up. I have never gotten any spam and works great with outlook 2002. The website tells you what to put in all the poorly descibed feilds.
