Hi
i've had my m515 for a while now and never dropped it, recently it's been working really slow :( so i tried to reset it and it got stuck and thats how it is now :mad: , i tried lots and lots of ways to reset it(on the credel, ect...) what i think it needs is a complete reset like all power gone so it works like it did when i bought it. my waranty ran out. and if u can help me to find a way to wipe out all memory plz help. when i switch it on instead of the normal screen it boots up stuck so i cant click on anithing. PLZ HELP I CANT LIVE WITHOUT MY PALM

You probably need to do a hard reset. To do this, press the reset pin in the back of the Palm while holding down the power button. After a few seconds, the Palm will say, "Erase all Data? Press the up button for "yes." This will restore the Palm to the factory preset. After you have done this, you may want to discharge and recharge your handheld to ensure it can charge all the way.
