I have an IPAQ 3765 which I would like to connect to an external USR Sportster modem to enable me to pick up e-mail at a remote location. I cannot get the modem to pull a dial tone.I am using th null modem adapter with the serial cable. The IPAQ and modem seem to connect but the terminal window is blank. Should I just give up and buy and expansion card and a modem???? Help
