Cradle

Whats the secret to getting this thing into the cradle? Only had this 2 weeks and it's gotta be easier! Already had 2 accidental hard boots seeming to be related to voltage surges. The first time it was in the cradle and I wiggled it just a little and lost everything, the second time( i learned not to touch the body) I slid the stylis into it and it went out befofe it was all the way down . Figured it for static electricity. Seems like a weak point!

I have emailed Garmin Tech Support to voice my concern over the obvious poor design. You might do the same. I have already bent one of the clips that holds the unit solid...they have since replaced the cradle for me.

On the other hand...I have found that if you slide the unit straight down with the back flat against the cradle, it seems to drop in ok. When releasing - I tilt the top of the PDA towards me and when I hear the "click", I remove from the cradle.
