Revo fax problems

Using a Revo, with epocwares fax program I can send a fax on a Nokia 8210. This being my girlfriends phone, however, If I use my own 8310 the fax is sent, but the text looks distorted and it cuts out after half a page....

Fax data is enabled, in fatc the only thing that is different is the phone...same sim, revo etc...
