This program has been updated with much better support for ARM based processors.

Apparently the iQue has extremely fast memory. Faster than the Tungsten C or T3.

Yes but the T3 has a 400mhz processor instead of a 200 as on the Que.

Yes but... it's a different type of processor, so comparing them straight up by MHz rating, probably won't be acurate. The T3 has a 400 MHz Intel XScale CPU. The iQue 3600 has a 200 MHz Motorola Dragonball MXL. It's not as simple as saying that the T3 is twice as fast as the iQue. {I realize you didn't make that claim.}
I went ahead and downloaded Speedy 3.0 to see how my iQue compared. Within the program, the author provides typical results from many popular PDA models over the years for comparison. The T3 is one of those models. It is actually included twice: once for portrait (P) mode & once for landscape (L) mode. Apparently running in L mode is a big performance hit for the T3. The T3 in L mode only scored 55% of what it scored in P mode.
I ran the test on my iQue and it scored 85% of the T3s P mode score, not 50%, as one might imagine by just looking at the MHz. This is also 156% of the T3s L mode score.
The data would seem to indicate, that while the XScale-equiped T3 can be somewhat faster than the MXL-equiped iQue, the iQue uses its MHz & RAM much more efficiently.
I don't want to get onto the old topic of AMD Athlon vs. Intel P4, but here seems to be another instance where it looks like the Intel CPU is MHz-strong, but not quite as performance-strong as the MHz would seem to indicate.
FWIW...

Good report CinderK. I learned something from it. Thanks!
