I'm running Windows 98se. I can't find this error on Microsoft's web sites and Palm just says to contact Microsoft. Any suggestions? DrMud 08-22-2002, 11:14 AM What version of Windows are you using? When I install software for an interactive white board however, Palm desktop won't load and gives me the rich text error. I have checked into the whiteboard software and everyone keeps pointing me back to Microsoft. I can't find anything on Microsoft's website though. PDA Street
