Left Handed Pocket PC users?

I’m left-handed and am considering purchasing an iPaq 3970. I have owned Palm OS based PDAs before and could load a “hack” that would move the scroll bar to the left hand side of the screen in most applications. I found this very convenient. I have never used a Pocket PC based OS device and my question is does Windows Pocket PC 2002 have native support for left-handed users or is there third party software that can do this?
