My 7 went crash landing from a dinner table.

I later realise the screen is shaky.

So every time I use the stylus to click something, the screen moves a bit. This is due to the hinges of the S7 becoming loose.

Can I fix it myself?

Or is it better for me to get it fixed in Systech?

I need advice from you all.

Another thing.

After upgrading 7 to 48 MB, Checkdisk (and Optimise) cannot process for C:. It said a major error and told me to reformat and reinstall C:. I check the machine. I did install the 32mb DIMM correctly.

Well, I did what the message told me to do. The same message appears/

I did install the 32mb DIMM correctly."Essential Disk Utilities" was written for use with the Series 5/5mx, it does not work with the netBook. While it may work with an unmodified Series 7, increasing the machine's RAM will make it also incompatible with "Essential Disk Utilities".
