I have an Audiovox Thera and the sound won't work. No applications or system sounds work. But if I plug in the earphones I can use the phone. Also, can't hear any application or system sounds through the earphones. Only can hear phone. Is this a software problem? Or is this a hardware problem? I'm thinking software because I can use the phone. Can anyone give me some advice.
