Sick Palm???? Help!

My palm m130 seems to be ill, I don't think it knows there is a memory card there anymore, it's telling me there is no data space left. I checked the info and it tells me I have 0k of 7.7K free space.
When I go to the upper right and click card it just displays a whole bunce of programs I deleted a long time ago!!
Any ideas or suggestions out there.
I have a 32mb card in the slot so I'm very confused by this.

I don't think that the programs are automatically transferred to the card when data is full, you may have to do this manually. Just move some big programs and databases to the card, and you will have the memory you need.
