3870 w/bluetooth, purchased the bluetooth option for the timeport 270c.

I can connect and dial-out without a problem, surf at a blazing 19.2 (I believe that's the speed).

My question concerns syncing the ipaq contacts (from my outlook contacts on my laptop) with the phone.

I'd like to not have to purchase the bluetooth multiport module for my compaq evo and was wondering if anyone has figured out how to either:

1. Use the ipaq bluetooth as a pass-through for truesync software to sync to the phone.

or

2. Sync directly from the ipaq to the timeport phonebook.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

I'm using an iPAQ 3975 and a Timeport 270c with the Bluetooth option. I want to sync my iPAQ contact data with the Timeport phone using BT.

I spoke with a Motorola rep yesterday. He said a truesync update is imminent. He estimates the software costs at 70USD and availability in early November. There's no news on the Motorola consumer website yet, but I'm assuming that the software will run on the PC and use the craddled iPAQ to send Outlook contact data to the Timeport via BT.

Watching the web.
