Pls help the newbie..

Hi guys, im new to this forum and this is my first post...Im having problems with HotSyncing my Sony Clie PEG-T425.....i got this as a present and there was no software cd included....so i went to palm.com and d/l palm desktop 4.1....however, when i try to hotsync, i get this error message "Fatal Exception" and then i have to reset my clie....i have set up all the options but it still does not work.....i want to get more games and apps on my sony so if you guys could give me some suggestions as to why it is not synching....

Before you load the SONY Software besure to remove the Palm DeskTop. Read over the linked info below.
