A friend of mine has an H1910 and tells me his is doing something strange now. He says that when he takes it out of the carrying case, it's already on and is unresponsive to screen taps with the stylus and has to be soft-reset to make it work again ( he said he's had to do that little procedure several times in the last 24 hours). And, because of this, the battery is also obviously wearing out faster. He's got the thing set to turn off automatically after 1 minute whether on external power or battery, so I don't know why the unit would be on at all, and that doesn't explain the unresponsive touch-screen either. He thought maybe it was the battery causing it, but I don't really think so. I told him if it continues, he may want to think about exchanging the unit, it sounds like it's defective. Anyway, has anyone else had this happen, or have any ideas?
