Bluetooth and what can i network it with

I own a Toshiba e310 and noaticed that i cant find any modems or cell-phone adapters for it so i looked at Bluetooth as an option. i have a Modem Adapter With Bluetooth Function Model no. BTA-NW1 and i'm not sure if its worse it to buy a 200$ Toshiba Pocket PC Bluetooth™ SD I/O Card, will they function together??? and how else can i use that card, can i use it as a Frequency pickup utility. and if u know is there any other way to get online with e310 coz Bluetooth is the only way toshiba shows.
