Deleting Sony Applications

Has anyone found a way to delete unwanted Sony applications that are default for the Clie? For example, RMC (Remote Control application) is one I would like to eliminate but have had no luck at all. According to Sony, this isn't possible. I was wondering if anyone has found a work around for this issue.

Sony is indeed correct when they say it is impossible to delete apps like RemoteCommander.

These are ROM apps and cannot be deleted, renamed, hidden, etc by the user.

There is no point in deleting them, they take up ROM, not RAM which is where you store all your data.
