Hi,
I have DocToGo as part of the T3 bundle. I can't seem to hotsync the DTG from desktop to my T3 althought it show it ready to hotsync. Also, previous SheetToGo that I programmed into the T3 also disappear. Gone are all my data. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
Can any body help?

Go to Docs to Go on the desktop, help menu and tell it to Reinstall Handheld Applications.
Some times this doesn't happen correctly during installation. Also, check the hot sync conduit on the Desktop and be certain that the conduit is set for synchronization and not "do nothing".
Post back if this doesn't get you back to speed.

Hi,
I been a long time user of the Palm and I did make sure that it is sync., even try to set desktop over-ride Palm. Nothing happen.
What happen to my Excel file on my palm? It disappear even before I set desktop override palm.
I will try to re-install but don't see how that going to help since the DocToGo is working on my palm. It just can't sync.

Maybe this will help you. I had the same problem. What I did was to hot sync the "Getting Started" documents from the DTG desktop back to my Palm. After that everything works okay.
You can get to this by going through the 'Start' key, then to 'Programs', then to 'Documents To Go'.
Afterwards I deleted the "Getting Started" documents and everything was still okay. Good luck.

Thanks. I will try that and update what happen. Still can't figure out what happen to the Excel file which contain some important bils to pay.
