disabling buttons on iPAQ H3538

does anybody know if there is a way to disable the four buttons on the lower portion of the device?

when i keep the device in my wallet/pda cover, the device gets turned on because the cover pushes on the buttons.

I found that the buttons can be disabled in the respect that the programs that they call have been turned to <none>.

n e help is much appriciated, even if it is a 3rd party software that i can download.

thx!

cheers,
slim

Have you tried going to Settings, Buttons, and change the assignment for buttons 1-4 to <None>? This appears to be the way to accomplish this.

I'm sorry -- I don't think I answered your question. The button activations are still waking the ipaq up, even though they result in no action.
