Problem
- I tried to download my laptop computer's address book as a text file (I beleive) from my pc once about a year ago and ever since then it freezes-up when I try to open it. So I never can access my address book. Not from the hot key anyhow, however, when I create an email and check the address from there I can view the address book info - limited as it is.
I'd be willing to do a hard reset on the device but am afraid of having to download everything all over again. Can I delete the contents of the address book without even opening the program?
