As most of us have experienced, when the storage space of a flash card inserted in an netbook grows so does the access time. I noticed that sandisk also has the so called ULTRA-flasf cards which have a transfer rate 2 times higher than the normal onces.

Since these flash cards are much more expensive that the standard onces I would like to learn to what extend this would speed up disk access(especially with large disks). Does anyone have one of these cards or is able to try it out?

I don't think these cards will have better access times on psion, since the clasic CFs are accessed slowly ONLY with psion. While using CFs with different OS, access times are OK. So this "feature" is probably result of ER5 bug, and it will probably affect the ultra-CFs as well...
