Targus Keyboard

I am trying to use my CLIE with a Targus keyboard. Everytime I set the clie on the keyboard, the clie thinks it is on a cradle and tries to sync. I hit stop and try to return to another app, when I get to the app-the keyboard does not work. Any ideas? The software is loaded. Any thoughts?

Step one: do a soft reset on the SONY.
If that fails try deleting the Keyboard software from the unit and reinstalling it. After the reinstall do a soft reset before using the appplication or putting the unit in the keyboad.
