Can a Zire cable fit a Tungstun E

I can't find a USB Hot Sync cable for my T/E other than the one it comes with. I need another cable for my computer at work. The only cables I can find online or at Staples, Best Buy, etc. I found a Belkin Charger/ HotSync cable that looks like it will fit the T/E. Belkin does not know if it will work. Do you know if you can use Zire products such as a charger with a T/E?

The Tungsten E and Zire sync cables are the same. They are just standard USB to mini USB cables, they are not specific to the Palm devices.

I believe the chargers though are different my wife used to have a Zire and I recently bought her a T/E and the power adaptor for the T/E was much larger (probably rated for more current output). If I remeber correctly the connector tip sizes were different also.

The T|E USB cable is a 5 pin USB mini-B. You can get them from Cyberguys.com for around $3 each. This cable is also a popular one with digital cameras.

Cyberguys also have a cigarette lighter plug to USB thing that lets you trickle charge your T|E wherever you have 12 volts available -- a handy gadget as well.
