anyone out here know how to load ebooks to a palm ?

I just dragged the ebook file into the Palm 'Quick Install' on my PC and then hotsynced it to the PDA. The Palm Reader software listed the ebook when I checked.
Of course the PDA comes with The Wizard of Oz and The Last Of the Mohicans, so that should keep you quiet for a while. :p

at the risk of sounding stupid, after the palm reader listed it you could pull up the ebook and read it?

Well, if you've downloaded plain ".txt" ebooks from the like of Project Gutenburg you'll need to convert them to the doc format with something like MakeDocW (http://www.cognitiveroot.com/makedoc.htm) first. By default this will also add the resulting file to the Palm at the next hot sync.
Once you've hot synced, it will appear automatically on Palm Reader's book listing.:cool:

this is an ebooks for madden 2004. after HS it did not install because palm says not able to read file which is a .ebk file. i tried to install the ebook reader software and still no luck.

I havent tried to view an .ebk (E-Book) file so far.
