beam receive problem

the beam receive defaults to OFF. I tried a hard reset and it defaulted to ON...until i hot synched it. Tech support said something about "you can't have beam receive ON and a wireless keyboard at the same time." why can't i have both??

Probably because Palms don't "multitask" like Desktop Computers, so the wireless keyboard won't release the IR drivers for any other Prog. If you could disable the IR Keyboard, you should be able to IR ok.
