Stylus in e310

I just got my e310 in the mail. I LOVE it. Its 1000 times better than my Jornada 525. Question though: How easily is the stylus suposed to come out. It seems if you turn the unit so that the top is pointing down, the stylus slides out with ease. Is this normal? Thanks in advance for your imput!

I've played around with a few of these, and each seems to be different - some are loose, and will actually fall out, some are really tight. Slight design flaw.
