Syncs for me, but I can not get IE to view it content.

Are you saying that you have set up an Avantgo account, selected sites to view and then have Active sync set up to sync?
On your activesync window does it say it's connecting to sync avantgo.co:80.. and then shows it saving and updating selected sites?
Do you have your home page set to
file://\windows\default.htm and do you see buttons for PocketPC.com, Dell, MSN moble and avantgo?
If you see the buttons all you need to do is single click on the avantgo button and it should direct you to the avantgo sites you have selected. sometimes they send up an advertisement and all you need to do is click on the "no thanks" they will submit your selection and you will be shown your sites.

In the future a bit more info about your problem would be helpful.

Just read something on the Microsoft ActiveSync download page, I was going to suggest trying the new activesync version 3.7.1
and read this message
"If you use AvantGo and have installed an upgrade (such as the AvantGo Security Upgrade for Pocket PC devices), installing ActiveSync 3.7.1 will prevent AvantGo from syncing properly. To fix this problem, please reinstall the latest version of AvantGo. "
They have a link on the below site for the older 3.5 version.
