I suppose I'm revealing my ignorance, but am wondering if it is possible to purchase a pocket pc phone elsewhere, say in europe, and use it here in the states, even if my cellular provider(T mobile) doesn't offer the model yet. Or, do I need to switch providers to whomever has the model I would like to use? It doesn't seem right that the providers maintain control over the models we use. Can anyone give me some input?
