need some help

I seem to have lost my ROM for my Zire and I need to reinstall it on my computer.I have heard that you can get the installation from the internet just not sure how to get it and what to search for.

I'm having the same sort of problem, except my CD doesn't install HotSync manager and I need to know where else I can get it. It gives an error when I try to install HotSync. "File not found"

Yayagirl, the ROM is burned into the Zire, so you can't have lost that. You probably just need Palm Desktop. You and Brilliant2U can go to www.palmone.com's support section, look for Downloads, and download Palm Desktop from there. It's kind of a big download if you don't have a high-speed connection.
