My Ique is crashing after I tryed to hot sync while adding more maps. The first message that I get is "BigDalPatch01 (Patch not installed:Bad Rom Version)". I have the Version 2 update installed. When I try to use any of my pda programs they crash and the system reboots. The more I work with the worst it gets. At first I was receiveing Emul39.main.c error now it just crashes and reboots with the BigDalPatch01 message.

Any ideas on how to correct would be appreicated.

You will need to go into your Backup folder for your user name on your computer and get rid of the BigDalPatch file and then hard reset the unit and resync. This should get rid of that patch.

No, Waltisimo posted an easier way, renaming some file type name with Filez and then deleting the patch file. If in the backupfile, it should be deleted there too. No need for a hard reset.

Solved my problem. I was sending the map files to the palm card instead of the SD card. Hard to fit 120M on a 32M card. I deleted the map files on the palm card it gave me room to update the SD card. Thanks for the input.
