Help me PLEASE! - M105 Sync Issue

I've been trying to setup a Palm m105 handheld for use on an office pc, the history with this pc is tha Palm was configured to run with this machine, but suffered a harddrive failure and the drive was replaced, the person who re-installed the software did so before I came to this office. Fortunatly the home pc that works with the palm works the way the palm user would like it and is exactly the way it was supposed to sync which it appears that ONLY hotsync is updating the info on the Palm, on the office machine PocketMirror Monitor Kicks up and takes 20 minutes to sync and does it each time regardless of if there was a change and Hotsync also loads, as far as I can tell though both machines have an Identical configuration with Outlook, Hotsync and PocketMirror but the home PC seems to only load Hoysync. Is there something I could of possibly overlooked?

Do you still have the same user name? if not make a new one in Plam desktop.

The name is the same, but it still does the long sync off of both PocketMirror and Hotsync even if I haven't updated any data...
