After a total Palm (Vx) crash, I restored everthing through BackupBuddy (fantastic app.). But now synchronisation of DateBook (actually Pimlico DateBk5) goes into limbo.... nothing seems to happen, all other conduits work fine.
Tried to delete DateBk5 and DateBk db, and running sync again - but it still seems to hang :(
Has anyone else experienced this? ...and better yet, solved it?

Also having problem syncing my calendar.
I have a Clie T615 and cant get the calendar to sync, although the other basic aps (address book, etc) work fine. I have been having trouble since Feb in OS 9.2 (Mac) using Missing Sync--it seems the sync window on the computer just suddenly disapears off the screen and on the palm, I would get a message that the connection was lost. Everything worked fine before that, for 2 months (and for years on various a palm handhelds)
I heard that you can now sync in OSX.2 direct, so I downloaded Palm Desktop 4.0 and installed it this weekend, did an initial hotsync (Palm overwrites desktop, as I always do) and it worked great . . . but JUST this one time. Every time I try to sync again, the Sync software cuts out on the calendar sync, with a message that the software has "unexpextedly quit" on the computer screen, although all other aps sync fine. WHAT is going on here?
PLEASE somebody help me because I already lost 8 months of calendar data when my clie crashed last month since I couldnt sync to back it all up, and I cant afford to have that happen again.
