Yes, provided you have the MP3 player set to play in background mode.

-you can do just about anything with the Ique and listen to MP3's simultaneously -
another hint - posted this before but I really like it -
you can plug a FM transmitter, or cassette adapter, into the headphone jack of the Ique and transmit the voice prompts through your radio while navigating - and play your music or voice recordings through the same conduit to your car speakers with the natural muting for directions that the software already provides.
Works very well and sounds excellent - much better than the little tinny speaker in the beanbag kit.
