Are there instructions for MediaPlayer? I just got an iPAQ 3850 and all I can play on media player is the "Welcome to MediaPlayer" 10 second demo. When I try to play a midi file from File Manager, I get an error message saying I need to open the application first and then the midi, and I haven't been able to figure out how to do that from MediaPlayer.

Im having the same problem. I've tried to play other files but states same error message. Does anyone have a work around or is there something we are doing wrong here ??

Windows Media Player will only play Windows Media (WMA), MP3, ASF, and Windows Media Video (WMV). It does not play MIDI files.
Jenny what type of file are you trying to play?

You have to save to pocket device in microsoft media player. I would like to watch full length movies on my ipaq but don't know what I need to do that. Can anyone help?
