What do I need to make this work?
I want to get wifi connected to the already wired network settings I have around the house. I have a Hub with four port.

What will I need to get wifi up and running without disrupting my network settings?

Also, Is it possible to have an Wifi card on the pc to act like an access point and have the pc connected through cables with no problems?

You can get an access point; however, it will use up one of your four ports. If it were me I would just get a 4 port wireless router from Linksys or dlink and replace the hub with it or plug it into the hub and it's very inexpensive.
