OK, you guys, I am entirely unable to find a couple of cards that will do some cool things. I am open to the cards being SD, CF or PC, doesn't matter.

I can find:

Neither an AM Radio card. (I like talk radio.)

Nor can I find a TV Tuner card. I love the idea of watching TV on my 3950.

Oh, also, can any of you super geniuses figure out how we can hook this bad boy up to our ipaqs?:

Wouldn't that rock?! Being able to either have access to Gigs and Gigs of storage or actually WATCH a DVD right on the ipaq! The thought has my head spinning!

Thank you in advance for any help guys,

Bander

It sure would be cool to hook up this DVD Player to any of the iPAQ's. I could then stop recording movies, which is a long process, and focus on the movie.

You could connect the DVD player to your iPAQ through an accessory called the iPAQ Fly Jacket 3800. I have never actually seen one but have seen numerous ads for them.

You could also try the ZVport VideoX card to connect external video devices.

I was unable to locate a PCMCIA tv tuner most likely due to the fact that some of the components necessary for TV tuners don't have a very small form factor. It may also be due to the mandatory FCC shielding required.

WOW! Anyone able to verify that this card useable with an Ipaq? This sounds REALLY cool. It even seems like it could work with that SONY DVD player! Anybody know anything?

Ok - we're getting closer. . .
That card was made by a company called Nogatech that merged with another company Zoran a few years ago, and discontinued the product. Margi Systems also had them, but they've discontinued them as well. However, after some searching, I've found a link that supposedly still sells the ZVPort cards: http://www.hightech-store.com/zvport.html

Hope this helps.
