T3 update HEELLP

Today I took the bull by the horns and bought a T3. I installed the t3 update but when I tried to run it I get the message... this application cannot be launched becasue it is missing localization information. What now?

updated mine with no problems. did you follow the instructions to a T? did you first setup the pda on the computer with all reletive info before doing the update? if it aint working then i suggest you either return it for another or it just may be one of those new ones that need no be updated. contact palm to see what they say.

I did not find any instructions but I think I forgot to install one prc file. The main ne. Only the us english prc. DuH. Thanks and sorry to display my stupidity.

You may not need these by the time you read it, but for anyone else about to do it here is the PalmOne website with both the instructions on how to do it as well as the links to the file downloads. Hope this helps someone.

where did you get the update?? Is it the most recent one from the Palm website??
