I have a pocketpc H3630
I starte to have problems with keyboard (the small one) , when i push with the pen one key, another one lower is sensitived and written. Same problem with character recognition: lines are blur and not straight. I thought it was a problem with memory, so I deleted almost everything. Same problem. I upgrade to pocketpc 2002 ( after paying more of 70 euros) and I have the same problem. The ipaq is almost unused and with this problem is completely unuseful. I reset it and move the memory slide down, and improves a bit, but the longer I try to write, worse is the problem.
Can anybody tell my if it is a hardware or a software problem ?
what can I do to solve it?
Thank you very much for your answers
Jose

Greetings;

Have you recalibrated your screen? If not : Goto start>settings> pick the system tab at the bottom and then find the icon for "screen" and click on it. A new window will appear with a "align screen" button, click on it. Follow the insructions, you will be prompted to click on the center of 5 X's and then it will take you back to Align screen window and then just OK out.

This is problally not the problem I will research a bit.

Greetings:

I found this on the Compaq support forum and sounds close, see if this might be it. Please let me know.

Compaq forum (http://www7.compaq.com/forum?14@157.6kGkhGkzjOQ.2@.ef0b75a)

If this is your problem it most likely needs to be sent back for repair.
