My Vx won't charge in Cradle-Help!

My Palm Vx won't charge in cradle. The cradle works & will sync w/ the computer but won't charge the Vx. The light on cradle also doesn't go on at all. I tried all good AC outlets & not that simple

This happened out of blue so I don't think its the battery will still has a little juice in it. Could it be the charger itself Or ???

I'd apprecaite any help Please?
