Hey, I accidentally went to File Explorer > Programs > and I delted Activesync. The program still runs but I cannot manually start it. Does anyone know where the file is stored? I need to start it manually at home so I can sync using IR.
Thanks

Try reinstalling it, you can get the latest version from MS:

I actually have tried that already. I deleted it from the iPAQ, not the desktop. Does reinstalling the desktop Activesync do anything to the iPAQ? From what I can tell it doesn't. Shouldn't Activesync be in the ROM. If not shouldn't I be able to copy the program back on the iPAQ from somewhere; just drop it onto the Windows folder?

You only delete the shortcut to activesync, look in Windows/Start Menu folder and see if there one there, you can copy it to any folder you like. If you cannot find it just creat a shortcut on the desktop and copy it over.
Here's instruction to create a shortcut;
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnppc2k/html/ppc_tcuts2.asp
and the shortcut command for activesync is:
42#:MSSYNCAPP?\Windows\repllog.exe /remote
