Problem CF card in MC218

I have bought an 128 CF fram APACER to have more storage room on my MC. But when using the card, I can only use 10% of the card. When I go under 108.7 MB of free space, the disk seems to be corrupted. When I turn it on again, the card is readible again, but won't give me acces to more storageroom. When I use the card in my camera, there are no problems at all, I can fully use it. ALso formatting (not quickformat) won't help. The MC only copies 10 to 12 % of the card and then turns to be carrupted. The store alreaddy sent it back to the factory, but there seems to be no problems at all. Can anybody tell me how I can use ALL the space of that card ????

some brands of CF card use a controller chip that is simply incompatible with the Ericcson (and Psion) machines. The only solution is to ensure that you buy CF cards on a sale or return basis. I think you will just have to ask the store to refund your money, or supply you with an alternative brand of card. Sorry not to be more positive :(
