Is there a hack or program available that can position screen of the m505?

Position? If you mean rotate, then try "fliphack". It is a handy freeware program that may or may not help you. It will flip the screen 4 ways, sidways and upsidedown.

I wonder how FlipHack would work with the Karma Sutra Palm book?
