Problem Exporting Contacts into Outlook

I'm having trouble exporting my contacts from my Palm Desktop and importing them into Outlook '02.

I went into my Palm Desktop contacts and selected all my contacts, then went to File > Export vCard

Then went into Outlook > Import/Export > Import vCard. And it only imports 1 contact.

I'm not sure if it's Palm Desktop or Outlook that's having issues. Has anyone else had problems doing this?

Rather than exporting as a vcard -- which is, I believe, designed for just one record, try File-Export and export All records as a comma delimited file, and then import into Outlook using the "Import from another program" option. This should give you the right to import from a csv file.

it imports and exports all contacts in a few clicks. very easy to use. hope it helps.
