There was a program called IQ Booster (http://www.mobilegeographics.com/iqbooster/) in beta that added basic NMEA output capabilities but sadly, it appears the developement has stopped for the time being. The last beta expired at end of October and the site has not been updated since the end of September. Hopefully, development of this program will resume. Until then, I would check it periodically for any updates...
