m500 very slow, 64 mb mmc

My palm is very slow. I added some medical programs to the expansion card. Space may be the reason. Handheld reveals ony 2.1 mb left while expansion card shows that 36 mb left. Is there any way I can move some files to the card? please help.

Plenty of programs around who do that.
My WorkBench (http://www.palmgear.com/software/redirector.cfm/myWB3_Demo.zip?prodID=35161&type=zip) for example. Just look around a bit for others (though this one works pretty good)

My Workbench is an excellent recommendation for a file utility program. However, if you have not had much experience in working with programs from the card, remember that the card is inherently slower than internal memory because programs need to be copied from the card to the internal memory when being used. As a result, there is always a bit of a delay.

If your delay exceeds that which you had found in the past when working from the card, then I apologize for reiterating what you probably feel is obvious.

I started using Filez yesterday. I moved all the applications to card because only 1.9 mb were left on the PalmCard. Now it shows 4.4 mb on PalmCard (Total 8 mb) but the speed is still slow. Is there any trick to move specific files to card and rest leave on the PalmCard? I lookes at MyWorkbench also but Filez is free.
