I am an interventional radiologist at an academic institution. I am looking for a PPC program that will allow me to enter a patient, various unique items for that patient and then specify the procedures the patient had as well as any complications and possibly other data as well. Does anyone know of a program that will allow be to save such data on the PPC and then load them into the various tables in Access on my desktop? The data will be used in clinical research.
