Blackberry RIM: Network Access Denied

I keep getting the error message "Network Access Denied" with my Blackberry RIM. How can I fix this? Also, when I am able to connect, I cannot download my email. Can someone help me out?

I believe I just ended up calling Earthlink and it was an issue with RIM not having the device registered on their end of the network. Something had gotten corrupt with the device registration and RIM does a monthly sweep of all devices with all wacky registrations and so they kicked us off the network. I'd call tech support if I were you. Good luck!

Problem
The following error appears on the BlackBerry® handheld:

Network Access Denied


Cause
The handheld may not be activated on the wireless network.

Resolution
Use the Register Now option to activate the handheld:

On your handheld Home screen, select Options.
From the Options menu, select Host Routing Table.
On the HRT Editor screen, click the trackwheel and select Register Now. You should receive a message in your inbox confirming that your handheld has been registered.
If you cannot activate the handheld using the steps above, contact your service provider to activate your handheld
